A young girl of around 19 years old - or so it seems. Rika appears to be a friendly, if not somewhat average girl, but she knows that's not the truth. In truth, Rika doesn't know exactly what she is - but she knows her role is that of a judge of life. She knows she erased her own memories in order to judge impartially, but that her duty at present is to test the humans named Fumihiro and Chikako, and to bring judgement upon them if it is what they deserve.

She's fine with that role, and because of that, she created a game in order to test their character and give them the chance to prove themselves worthy enough to live... but she can't help but wonder if they really deserve the endless suffering they're going through. Deep down, Rika is someone with a great amount of empathy for humans, feeling that even when they sin, they still deserve happiness - and that she'd do no better than them if she was in their position. However, she feels that these feelings of hers are wrong, and tries to suppress them, believing that impartiality is her duty and that she shouldn't be getting attached to humans to begin with. She spends a lot of time trying to convince herself that Fumihiro and Chikako, the two she's supposed to test, are deserving of the suffering she puts them through and that even if they're not, it's not her job to get involved.

In reality, she's a bit of a coward and is insecure and uncertain her own opinions. She's easily convinced that she must be wrong about her beliefs, and can be made uncertain by others without much effort, which leads to her being impassive and not taking action even when she might want to. Despite that, she loves the human world, enjoys having fun and connecting with people, and pretending to be human herself. Her ordinary personality helps her to blend in, but when it's time for her to show her true purpose, she becomes cold and serious, her personality changing completely from how she usually acts. She feels emotion strongly in general, but feels little to no fear due to being impervious to harm.

abilities

In her canon, the full extent of Rika's powers is unknown, but she seemingly is close to omnipotent. In RP and games, however, Rika's powers will be nerfed significantly, and/or limited to the few listed below (or removed entirely.)

IMMORTALITY // Rika cannot be harmed permanently by any means. Her human body can take damage, but it's superficial and generally just for appearances, not actually doing her any serious harm. This may be nerfed entirely depending on the game setting.

ABSOLUTE DEATH // Rika can bring absolute death to any being, even if it should be impossible to kill them. She is also capable of removing a being from space/and time, essentially removing them from the universe and making them a "higher existence" of sorts. These powers will be nerfed/removed most likely in all games.

OUTSIDE OF SPACE/TIME // Rika's natural existence is one outside of space and time, and because of that, she can travel between different time periods and places easily. Likely will be nerfed to just teleportation or removed entirely depending on the game setting.

GODLY PRESENCE // As a being of judgement, Rika is capable of influencing the emotions of others to an extent. She can create feelings of intense guilt in them if they have committed a crime, and can force them to vividly understand the sensations of those they have hurt. On the flipside, she is also capable of easing guilt, and when she tells someone they're forgiven or have done nothing wrong, they will often end up feeling her words as true even if they wouldn't normally, or experience a sensation of relief. This ability will be opt-in only and may be nerfed depending on the game setting.
